A new entry by R&D Spain TAI colleagues, highlighting the importance of understanding customer behavior in today's data-driven economy so that data can be transformed into decisions without technical barriers, has been published on the project FAME blog.
Mar Galiana signed the article, to which Pablo Gil and Sergio Martín also contributed. In the text, they explain how the FAME Marketplace offers pre-built analytical tools for effective customer segmentation, and explore two use cases: improving financial recommendations and developing loyalty programs for parking in Athens.
