(TO BE PUBLISHED SOON) This paper introduces a new service and security orchestration solution designed to help operators and security providers establish a trust-based relationship in a multi-stakeholder environment. This solution, known as Open SECurity & Trust Orchestration (OpenSEC), enables the registration of relationships between a 6G operator and its potential security providers using Blockchain technology. This allows for the monitoring of security services and the ability to reward or penalize securty providers based on their performance.
