SOLSTICIA Consortium in Madrid

After a year and a half, the SOLSTICIA project (Solutions for building cybersecure and intelligent industrial software systems by design based on AI to drive productivity and growth in a cybersecure economy and society) has reached its final stage. Funded by the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) and supported by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation within the Next Generation EU program, the project has explored ways to build robust and secure intelligent systems, particularly in industrial environments where the consequences of a cyber-attack can be severe for individuals and businesses.

Colleagues from the HPC Security team and the Trustworthy AI team in R&D Spain have been working on two lines of research: the development of the PentestingAI tool, which seeks to use artificial intelligence techniques to detect and exploit vulnerabilities in any system, and a monitoring system for the artificial intelligence models.
