POSEIDON kick off meeting

The project POSEIDON (POst-quantum SEcure dIgital iDentities for EurOpean solutioNs) kicked off on 21st October in Murcia.  The Identity Management and Privacy team represented R&D Spain at the KoM as WP4 leader for “Development of agile transition toolset for PQ-safe digital identity”. 

POSEIDON is a major EU-funded project dedicated to enhancing Europe's cybersecurity and digital sovereignty. It focuses on engineering secure and efficient transitions to post-quantum cryptography (PQC) by utilizing the hybrid approaches recommended by the European Commission. Key project components include system security with PQC support, verifiable credentials in decentralized systems, and developing agile toolsets for PQ-safe digital identity.

This project advances Eviden's uSelf Self-Sovereign Identity solution by demonstrating support PQ safe solutions for EIDAS 2.0 and identity management in general for Eviden products.
