The consortium organized a final in-person event in The Hague titled Three years of experience developing Green Deal Data Spaces: a chronicle of our final event, held during EuroGEO 2025. This event served to share the knowledge gained through the intense work on AD4GD and the collaboration with sister projects (B-Cubed, FAIRiCUBE, USAGE).
At the Final Review held on October 15th, the consortium presented the outcomes of the project consisting of demonstrating how developed building blocks could play a key role in shaping the future European Green Deal Data Space (GDDS). AD4GD’s mission was to establish an open hub for FAIR data and standards-based services supporting key European Green Deal priorities: pollution, biodiversity, and climate change.
Eviden's contribution has been key to the project, ensuring the delivery of the core Artificial Intelligence and High-Performance Computing (HPC) resources for data exploitation.
Eviden also led the deployment of the IDSA-compliant Data Connector infrastructure, establishing the Federated Catalogue and the necessary authentication components required to comply with European data space standards. This work showcases the successful exploitation of the computing continuum (IoT, edge, HPC) to provide integrated, scalable solutions for large-scale environmental monitoring.
