The project RE-SAMPLE, where Eviden led the definition of the architecture of the platform, ended successfully on November after more of 4 years of work involving colleagues from the Applied AI team.

To close it, an online workshop/webinar was co-organized by the consortium in collaboration with the EU Health Policy Platform from the EC on November 17, replacing the typical final review with the agreement of the Project Officer.  

The RE-SAMPLE solution includes the complete set of clinical dashboards, Virtual Companionship Programme, models, infrastructure, and frameworks. This comprehensive solution is designed to support real-time data monitoring for shared, adaptive, multi-domain and personalised prediction and decision-making with long-term Complex Chronic Condition disease management ecosystems. The solution was tested in three real scenarios with patients.

R&D Spain's contribution has been key to the project with the implementation of a Health Data Hub.
