Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, announces the development of a virtual application, based on XR (cross reality), to offer visitors a hyper-personalized and interactive experience of the Palazzo Madama Museum in Turin. The guide, an advanced application, will be based on interactive technologies such as Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR) on a 5G managed infrastructure to allow users to virtually rotate the graphics and will also provide key information about the artwork. This project is funded by the European Union's Horizon 2020 programme, and was launched in June 2019. The first version of the application will be available in 2021.
