Cybersec4Europe project has been quite influential as a pilot of the Cyber Competence Network, contributing to a wide and rich community of cybersecurity stakeholders. As part of its research results, a book under Springer series was released with several chapters related to the outcomes of the first international workshop CyberSec4Europe 2022 (Venice, Italy) that was presented during the Privacy Symposium in the workshop session “CyberSec4Europe – Research to Innovation: Common Research Framework on Security and Privacy.”
The book includes 11 peer-reviewed selected papers that present findings, conclusions, research, and recommendations in various security-related areas, from highly technical ones (e.g., software and network security) to law and human-centric ones (e.g., governance and cybersecurity awareness). Aljosa Pasic (Cybersecurity R&D Team) is the author of the paper in the last chapter: Building European Cybersecurity Ecosystems: Lessons from the Past.
