Adra-e is a CSA (Coordination and Support Action) that has been running for almost three years, finishing in June 2025. R&D Spain is in charge of the tasks related to the ADR Exhibition and to helping the partnership projects to increase their socioeconomic impact.
Nearly 90 attendees represented on site and nearly 200 connected online at some point during the event, are the rough figures of the Horizon Europe projects, most of them belonging to the AI, Data and Robotics (ADR) partnership, that participated in "Future Ready: On Demand Solutions with AI, Data and Robotics", an event jointly organized by Adra and the AI on Demand platform with the support of the CSA projects Adra-e and AI4Europe for two days of innovation, collaboration and hands-on learning.
The participation of the projects and the dedicated workshops were coordinated by Eloísa Villar (Communication team) on behalf of Adra-e. Product Team leader Carmen Perea, as coordinator of the ALCHIMIA project, led one of the "Birds of a Feather" workshops, bringing together for the first time all the projects of its call cluster under the name "AI, Data and Robotics for the Green Deal".
Several of R&D Spain's projects, such as ALCHIMIA, CyclOps, EMERALDS, FAME, MANOLO or TANGO took part on ths event, which took place at the Sparks Meeting in Brussels on 18-19 February 2025.
The first day was project-focused, with 8 "Birds of a Feather" workshops aimed at bringing together the ADR projects launched in 2022 and 2023 to share project results, discuss identified challenges and opportunities with the audience - including representatives from the European Commission - and learn about upcoming EC initiatives.
The second day was dedicated to encouraging project partners to join Adra and engage with the AIoD platform.
