Europe has excellent research centers on AI, Data and Robotics (ADR), innovative start-ups, a world-leading position in robotics and competitive manufacturing and services sectors. Now, European ADR is waiting for exploitation to achieve its full potential. AI, Data and Robotics ecosystem (ADRA-e) is a Coordination and Support Action (CSA) that intends to become the operational arm of a partnership to foster collaboration, convergence and interoperability between communities and disciplines to advance European ADR while safeguarding the interest of European citizens. This is achieved by supporting the ADR Partnership in the update and implementation of the Strategic Research, Innovation and Deployment Agenda (SRIDA) creating the conditions for an inclusive, sustainable, effective, multi-layered, and coherent European AI, Data and Robotics ecosystem, leading to increased trust and adoption of these technologies, a more competitive supply and demand sides in the EU and raising private investments at the same time.

Our role

Along the 36 months-duration project, ARI will be leading a task within WP2, entitled ADR Exhibition & Foresight panel. It consists of identifying existing projects and activities that are suitable to demonstrate a successful interaction of at least two of the three ADR domains, and:

  • Jointly develop impressive showcases together with these projects.
  • Identify suitable conferences and events to promote these showcases within and beyond the communities.
  • Support the original projects and activities to participate.

Besides this, Atos will be responsible of facilitate a foresight panel based on these showcases to outline future promising paths for ADR and provide recommendations for respective RTD funding priorities.
